A soft doll represents the “Fellaha” woman, wearing a simple Egyptian cotton galabieh (jellabiya). The term “fallaha” is applied to women from Egyptian countryside. The Fellahin, like their ancient ancestors, continue to live in mud-brick houses & lead humble lives.
